Considering the demands for global academic mobility through a distinctive activity for community rather than research and involving more international partners in the world. WUACD held the Executive Board Meeting in 24 April 2021. The meeting discussed the construction of the Article of Association, the appointment of Project Coordinators, and International Collaborative Community Development Programs. The appointed project coordinators were dr. Niko Azhari Hidayat, Sp.BTKV, Universitas Airlangga for Health & Environment, Assoc. Prof. Syed Mizanur Rahman, Daffodil International University for Innovative Education & Long-Life Learning, Dr. Neriman Hocaoglu Bahadir, Kirklareli University for Social Development & Multiculturalism, Prof Shao-Liang Chang, Asia University for Sustainable Economy.

The Executive Board Meeting was supported by the WUACD’s members to discuss strategic partnership among its members. Several members presented their community development collaborative programs such as Prof. Dr. Shao-Liang Chang about Quality Agriculture with Smart Technology and Artificial Intelligence Internet of Things (AIoT) Enhanced Fish Farming Project, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Johari Surif for Kim-Kim River Rehabilitation, Prof. Dr. Mansor Abu Talib about Sharing of Best SDG Leadership, Dr. C.A.Kalpana MSc., BEd., MPhil., PhD., SLET., NET about Community service programs: Model Village, Prof. Dr. Pariya Na Nakorn about Sustainable Developing Project, and Dr. Zuwati Hasim about Cross-cultural Understanding through Collaborative and Integrated Education.
