Each and every person in all regions have the right to be healthy and have good wellbeing. This requires adequate access to healthcare and medical services at all times. Unfortunately, in many developing countries and areas, there are still many citizens and communities who lack this basic human need. This causes their condition to deteriorate and make their day to day lives increasingly difficult. In order to resolve this issue, effective steps need to be taken. One of the ways in which Universitas Airlangga have contributed to creating a solution is the creation of Ksatria Airlangga Hospital. It is one of the programs that have been developed in the past year, and is shown to the WUACD members during their trip in attending the WUACD Summit in Conjunction with the International Conference on Community Development 2022 which was held from 9 to 10 November 2022.

After the WUACD Summit that was held in the Rector building in Campus C of Universitas Airlangga officially ended, the delegates and representatives of the respective university members of WUACD were escorted to Surabaya North Quay, a ship dock at 16.00 pm. Once they arrived at the location, Universitas Airlangga introduced to them the Ksatria Airlangga Floating Hospital, a health service constructed by the Faculty of Medicine in Universitas Airlangga to aid the poor and underprivileged citizens that do not have access to proper medical care. The delegates were then taken on a boat ride in the floating hospital around the area.
