The well-being level of a community is closely related to each individual within its scope. Humans play a high role in changing their quality of life. Some variables such as health can greatly affect one’s well-being. Because of this, it is necessary to have awareness and initiatives from each individual to develop their sustainability of life. Therefore, community development is continuously done to answer these issues as well as to build a better living environment. 

To fulfill this goal, an agenda is held in Dili and has a goal to maximize and improve the potential inside. This agenda is carried out by the Indonesian Embassy in Timor Leste together with Universidade Nacional Timor Lorosa’e. There are a total of 16 delegates from The Universitas Airlangga as the representatives team.  

Hereinafter in achieving SDG 3 about health and well-being, seminars and workshops have been held with a focus on “Obstetrics and Gynaecology”. The seminar was held on October 13, 2022, with the target audiences being midwives and doctors. Followed, the workshop was held on October 14, 2022, with the target audience being Patients, Midwifery, and Doctors. Both programs are expected to be able to promote women’s health. It is also expected to improve health services in order to avoid maternal death.
