The purpose is to bring education cooperation between Australia and Indonesia continuously created by building programs between these countries in several activities. Related to the relationship between Australia-Indonesia which has been getting stronger with the New Colombo Plan (NCP), a program between these countries systematically maximizes international education cooperation after the pandemic of COVID19. The commiseration of this program was given by Australian Consulate General in Surabaya to confirm its cooperation through Gala Dinner on January 11th, 2022.

The Gala Dinner was held in Indragiri Restaurant with invited three part participants from WUACD, Universitas Airlangga, Griffith University, and Federation University in outcomes. Due to this event, Universitas Airlangga provides its students who participated in this program to get the opportunity for larger-scale education and international exposure as its purpose. The programs are in the same way as manifestations of the penta-helix of the WUACD which bring community development as an outcome proofed by dedicated visits to some social communities in East Java. Moreover, as its purpose to the stakeholders, Universitas Airlangga ensures its relationship gets more active as it must contribute to bilateral relations between Indonesia and Australia.

Through this program, more academic parties were given part of the implementation of academic material and helped by the business part that can prove its ability in a private economic way. Related again to the penta-helix by WUACD, this program will improve the media of socialization and influence education afterward. Lastly, the Gala Dinner is a symbol of the continuous program and commences the previous programs to support strong relationships between both countries.
