In regard to the upcoming long-awaited International Joint Conference on the Implementation of Artificial Intelligence in Digital Health to Support Sustainable Development, many WUACD partnering members came to Surabaya to attend the conference. During this time, when some delegates were in the same area, WUACD organized a coordination meeting among members to discuss internal matters for the sustainability of WUACD, which was held at the ASEEC Tower on Sunday, October 27th, 2024. The goal of the coordination meeting was to discuss the preparation for international funding in supporting WUACD to strengthen its role as an association that works on community development and spreading its impact to a broader range of local communities. This agenda reflects the commitment and efforts of each university member to the association.

WUACD members attended the insightful agenda such as Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Griffith University, University of the Punjab, Asia University, Prince Songkla University and many more through offline and online participation. This serves as an implementation of SDG point 17: Partnership for the Goals. Through this coordination meeting, we aim to gather our partners from many backgrounds to discuss Health Proposals and Green Economy. This will pave the way for more collaborations and projects by partnering members through WUACD. This ensures that members are involved in the decision-making process in order to foster stronger partnerships and accelerate progress towards a sustainable future through future projects.

Delegates that attended the Coordination Meeting went through sharing sessions given by delegates from Universitas Airlangga and Avinashilingam University regarding various points of view regarding International Funding and Health Proposals. These topics relate closely to the encouragement and the implementation of SDG point 3: Good Health and Wellbeing and SDG point 4: Quality Education. Health proposals are essential to strengthen community partnerships, as well as improving quality of life through the implementation of effective health programs that are intended to be served as community development.

The WUACD coordination meeting also tackles environmental challenges as the members discuss their points of view on circular and green economies. These topics closely relate to SDG point 8: Good Jobs and Economic Growth. Environmental issues of conservation, food security, green economy, blue economy, and circular economy can showcase how AI-driven innovations can enhance health outcomes, promote sustainable practices, and support resilient health systems worldwide. Sharing these informations can focus on sustainable development without degrading the environment through the intended community developments and researches. Sharing sessions are later divided into two groups to discuss health proposals and the green economy separately and more deeply through parallel sessions.
